  20. I would think that it would have been obvious. I said I was not a
  21. professional animator. This means that I don't sell animations. I was 
  22. asked to upload the explosions to Tomahawk. I didn't do it.

  24. What you don't know is two people asked to BUY the explosions from me for 
  25. commercial distribution... whichI refused! Last time: I did it as an 
  26. experiment.

  28. I really appreciate all the lightwave advice I've received from this mailing 
  29. list. It has allowed me to move closer to the day when I *WILL* be able to sell 
  30. my animations. Believe it or not, I even appreciate the legal advice, but 
  31. it is not needed! I am NOT goell the frames. I digitized them for my own 
  32. enjoyment. I digitized them just to see if I could. I *DID* use them in 
  33. an animation I did which I showed my friends IN MY OWN HOME. I did not 
  34. charge them to see it and have no intentions of charging anyone. With all 
  35. this in mind, can you folks do me a favor? DROP the explosions topic...

  40. And now on to another topic. The "beep" sound on my Mac was recorded from 
  41. Babylon 5. It's of Ivanova saying "BOOM!" Should I see a lawyer about this?
